11 degrees this morning. I was warm and snuggled in bed with several furry friends. By this he time I got up I was really hungry. With the events of late, sleep was elusive last week. Although grateful I was feeling pretty frazzled. Now restored and ready for what comes next, I made a delicious dish. Simple as usual and punctuated with excellent salsa.
