My mom and dad started getting meals from Blue Apron. These meals are a bit fussy. Which I love but my mom does not. Lots of little bits and pieces that make everything lovely. And every ingredient is of the finest quality. I couldn’t be more impressed. So we have been the benefactors of several of the meals since they do not make them. I don’t always use everything the way that it was prescribed. I just mix them up and use them here and there. This dish was extremely simple. We grilled the salmon wrapped in tinfoil with goodies inside. It was accompanied by organic brown rice and sugar pea pods. It was wonderful.

there are pictures all around us. and to capture them is like magic and a little bit of science. a moment in time….still. i have been interested in photography since i was a child and have been shooting for many years now. i am a visual person, more an artist than a photographer, but am able to integrate both. i think i have an eye for composition and like to manipulate the images. i am not a purist. enjoy my work. i also love writing and hope to begin to share more of that here.
